<p align="justify">Someone rang our bell today, when I reached the door he had gone. I went outside and found him nearby. He said that he had just moved in down the road. He said that he needed £18 for the gas and electricity meters and that he had no money until his partner returned home. He said he had not realised the problem before his partner left. This seemed so unlikely, I said that I would come to see. He said he would ask someone else!</p>
